1. Convenient to public transport, clean and comfortable room, nice urban view

Very small and cold room (the heater was not working). You hear a lot of noise from the street

Very helpful and outstandingly accommodating staff entire time.

Modest, big size room with coffee, essentials, for example. Costs £ 99. Particularly good location, just close to Skytower. Based close to queen street, the bus stop, and the main art gallery.

Room was cute and comfy, but the bathroom felt cramped with no shelf space.

A little noisy place

we were there for 3 days, everything was good, truly enjoyed its favourable location adjacent to transport and amenities, buses and cafes, the waterfront, the main art gallery and events center. good service was provided too.

Not perfect, but worth it

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Friendly staff ensured a pleasant stay, and the amenities were practical for budget-conscious travelers.

Rooms were quite small and somewhat dated, lacking bedside tables. The shower curtain needed replacement and there was minimal storage.

Excellent price and location, no serious drawbacks

I can't believe I stayed in a room that smelled like wee, how classy! To top it off, the shower had mould-so chic! I expected a room upgrade for all my troubles, but here I am, treated like just another guest. Almost gave a good review, but that was not to be. What a letdown.

luggage lockers, internet available, good view from 18th floor, location is perfect for the airbus, room is compact.

A strange system to give you a stove and a microwave and nothing more - not even a tea spoon. Were we supposed to bring our own plates and pans and spoons? The compactness of the room meant that it was only used for sleeping; there was no room for sitting. My major complaints are about housekeeping and the lack of supplies like coffee and towels and bed lamps and remote control for tv, and cover for ironing board and extra blankets. We stayed for two separate nights and on the second night we were definitely in the room from hell.

Location for business meeting was great, and proximity to the waterfront is convenient for jogging or walking exercise.

The hotel advertises having kitchinette facilities and a microwave, but there is no cutlery or plates for heating food. There was not even a teaspoon to make a hot drink! I would recommend the hotel with caution that it is bring your own plates and cutlery and take then home again.
